Diese Courtage ist vom Kunden nicht separat an Bauwens Assekuranz Versicherungsmakler GmbH zu bezahlen, sondern bereits in der Versicherungsprämie enthalten. Weitere Vergütungen erhält die Bauwens Assekuranz Versicherungsmakler GmbH im Zusammenhang mit der Vermittlung nicht. Für weitergehende Dienstleistungen, die dem gesetzlich vorgegeben Rahmen nicht entsprechen, wird zwischen dem Auftraggeber und der Bauwens Assekuranz Versicherungsmakler GmbH im Zusammenhang mit einer individualvertraglich gestalteten Einzelbeauftragung der geschuldete Leistungsumfang und das daraus resultierende Entgelt festgesetzt.
